REGISTRATION AND COSTS

How much are your registration fees?

Currently there is no registration fee.  It is FREE.  Our registration fee is normally $300.

Can my child switch to your club mid-season?

Since BPSC is a year-round soccer club, we are able to register new players into our club at any time during the year.  Even mid-season.  Registration for the league is done on a different schedule, but that will not keep your child from training with the best in the meantime.

Are there any discounts offered?

Yes.  We offer different types of discounts:

Scholarships up to 70% (* Depending on availability and case to case analysis)

Active Duty/Retired Military and First Responder Discounts

Second Child Discount

Third Child Discount

There is also a discount for families who pay the full year upon registering.

What paperwork does my child need to have to play?

The child must be registered at gotsoccer.com and the parents must provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate for age verification purposes. And sign the documents we will provide.

How do we pay monthly fees?
Accounts will be made through gotsoccer.com .  Here you will be able to make payments accordingly.

I already paid a registration fee at another club.  Do I have to pay again to register with you?

Currently there is no registration fee.  It is FREE.  Our registration fee is normally $300, so there is no loss from BPSC for switching to our club, even if you already paid registration somewhere else.  Please check your current teams rules for any charges they may have for ending early.  BPSC is not responsible for any charges the other team may charge you.

Will my child be allowed to participate even though he is a beginner?

We will afford any child the opportunity to train and play in BPSC.  We do not hold “tryouts” like other clubs to only pick the best.  We believe that any child can become the best if given the opportunity.

How do I register?

Players will be able to register through gotsoccer.com under our BPSC organization.  We will send you a link, if you wish, with instructions on how to register.

Once registered, can I cancel my registration?

Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please speak to one of our administrators.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Forms of payment accepted are Credit Card, Debit Card and eChecks.

How do I transfer from another team to yours?

Usually, the only part that must be transferred is the League Registration.  Please ask your team what paperwork they will require, if any.

When are monthly payments due?

Monthly payments will be due on the same date every month.  If the first payment is made on the 5th this month, the payment for the following months will also be made on the 5th.

Is there a late payment fee?

A late payment fee of $25 will be charged for returned payments, returned checks or payments not made due to insufficient funds.  All payments must be made within 5 days of the payment due date.  A second attempt for payment will be made 3 days after the first attempt.  If payment fails to go through, a second $25 charge will be assessed.  BPSC reserves the right to use collection services in order to collect moneys due.

How can I check my balance or payments made?

You will be able to see payments made, invoices and balances on your accounts through gotsoccer.com

Do you offer a free-trial training session?

Yes, we do. Contact us if you require it, we will bring you a special pass.

Do I have to pay during the summer months if my child is not here?

The contract that is signed, and the lower prices that are offered at BPSC, are done as an annual commitment.  Lower prices are offered in order to provide a 12 month payment plan instead of charging 12 months of training in 7 or 8 months, like other clubs do.

What happens if my child is taking a leave of absence?

Parents are still responsible for paying monthly fees during a leave of absence due to family vacations, sickness or school.  Parents are responsible for notifying BPSC if major changes are to be made in the payment arrangement.  Each situation is on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer scholarships for your club if I am unable to pay full price?  Do you offer financial assistance?

At this moment, we are able to provide partial scholarship up to 70% OFF or financial assistance; however, please speak to our Director of Operations if you have any questions.

How long does this scholarship last?

At this moment, we are unable to provide any kind of scholarship or financial assistance; however, please speak to our President or Director of Operations if you have any questions.

I am in the military.  Am I able to break the annual contract if I receive military orders?

Once a military family receives orders and is within a few weeks of moving, annual contracts can be broken.  PCA orders will not be accepted since these do not require that a family move from their current location.  Any fraudulent attempt to break a contract with military orders that are not real will be reported to unit commanders and your chain of command.

Our family is moving.  Can I break the annual contract?

Each situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can I withdraw my child so he can play another sport during their season?

The contract that is signed, and the lower prices that are offered at BPSC, are done as an annual commitment.  Lower prices are offered in order to provide a 12 month payment plan instead of charging 12 months of training in 7 or 8 months, like other clubs do.  Also, withdrawing your child does not afford them the opportunity to improve their skills and abilities in our club.

Are the games or tournaments included in the training registration fee?

NO. All games, tournaments or scrimmages have a separated cost from the training fees.

CLUB POLICIES AND RULES

Are there any breaks?  Restroom breaks?

Children and parents should make every effort possible to take care of their restroom needs before or after practice.  Coaches must focus their time on several children without distractions and be able to make the most of practice time.  If a child feels he must go, they may be escorted by their own parent to the bathroom and back to the field to ensure the safety of the child.

Can my child play other sports while being a part of your club?

Children are encouraged to play as many sports as their schedule will allow; however, please keep in mind that, in order for a child to receive proper training, they must attempt to make all BPSC training sessions.

What happens if my child is late for practice/games?

Every offense will be documented.  Repeat offender might not be allowed to participate in that days practice or game.  The coach and BPSC staff will determine if the offender will be allowed on the field.

What happens if my child cannot go to practice?

Please attempt to notify BPSC ahead of time.  This will allow our coaches to prepare a practice session to accommodate the correct amount of players.  Missed sessions will not be reimbursed, and most of the time, will not be made up.

What happens if I am late to pick up my child?

Parents are asked to stay and watch their children practice.  Once a child finishes practice, BPSC coaches and staff are usually preparing for the next group of children and are unable to attend to a single child while the parent is out running errands.  The first time a parent is late when picking up their child, it will be brought up to BPSC administrators and documented.  Repeat offenders will be charged a “day care” fee.

Are parents allowed to stay during practice?

There is nothing that we like more than parents participating in their child’s development.  We only ask that you do not interfere with practice or games.  Cheering for the children is also encouraged during games; however, please make sure to read the players/parent forms in order to see what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior.  Make sure to take note of specific exercises that will help your child grow while not at BPSC practices.

The Zero Tolerance Policy describes what kind of behavior and language is permitted and not permitted during practice and games.  This is done in order to provide a safe and stress free environment for our children.  Please read our Zero Tolerance Policy Letter.  Each player and parent will be responsible for signing and adhering to this policy.

If my child is not happy with his coach, can he be switched to train with another coach?

We will make every attempt to accommodate your request; however, class sizes and coaching positions may not offer that opportunity.  If you find that there is a problem with one of our coaches, please bring it up to the coach or to our administrators.  Many times simple misunderstandings can be resolved at the lowest level.

Who can I talk to if I have a concern or complaint?

Many problems can be resolved at the lowest level.  Please speak to one of our coaches or administrators before or after practice.  Or, if you wish to, you may contact us at our office number or email us.  Our emails are on our website.

What are your player/parent rules?

There are rules of appropriate and inappropriate behavior for each person.  These rules also explain what is expected of each person on and off the field.  Each player and parent must sign a player/parent waiver before the player is allowed on the field the first time.  Zero Tolerance Policy offenders will be dealt with accordingly.
