BPSC provides youth soccer training, events, leagues, and related services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Registration and Account Information

To register for a BPSC program or receive communications, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your information to keep it current and accurate.

By submitting your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications related to your child’s participation, including scheduling, updates, promotions, and payment reminders via email, phone, or SMS.

3. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional SMS/text messages from BPSC.

4. Payments and Billing

All content on our website and materials provided in our programs—including logos, videos, graphics, and training plans—are the property of BPSC or our partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BPSC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services. Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risk, which you voluntarily assume.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy ,which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

8. Children’s Data

BPSC collects data related to youth participants only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All registrations and communications must be completed by an adult.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm BPSC or its members.
